Color consultations by text

You can text us photos of your hair before a color consultation. Photos help us plan, but final pricing and timing are confirmed in person, since lighting and photos can’t show everything. See our privacy policy for how we handle your photos.

Review-request texts

Hair by Nikolai sends a short text after some appointments asking clients to leave a review on Google. You receive these only if you agree at checkout and then confirm by replying YES. See how opt-in works on our Text Messages page.

Message frequency: up to 2 messages per visit.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You’ll receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
